This new TON collector will utilize the
/jsonRPCendpoint of TON nodes to fetch the latest block height & the consensus block height.Our RPC entries in the inventory are set to the root path
/so we need to add the additional/jsonRPCto the requests. This is to maintain the possibility of using non-jsonRPC requests with our inventory entries in the future.https://smartcontract-it.atlassian.net/browse/BCY-2244
