Along with these corresponding changes in UAMMD for CUDA 13, these changes let me compile libMobility. I'm running the fluctuation dissipation and thermal drift tests overnight just to make sure, but all tests except for those already ran successfully.
One note: gcc version 15 seemed to have issues (on a brief look, this seems like the same issue), but I think we could defer that as a fix in another branch later.
