Upgraded version of ipfs/go-log to v2. The new version allows having logs in json format.

This PR upgrades version of ipfs/go-log to v2. The new version allows having logs in json format.
It's a draft until upgrade in keep-network/keep-common#30 is merged and this branch gets updated with the latest keep-common.
