- Fix bug in long running local apps
- Bump version to v0.3.35
* Local apps shouldn't time out in terms of running * chore: Allow intermittent status checks * Updated test expectations based on our current output
These environment variables are needed on _all_ platforms, not just Windows, so we should do the right thing with them.
