Since I last updated this package, Net50 is no longer in support. We can still include NetStandard20 for older packages, but for compiling the main software we need net80.
Not sure why this is suddenly needed, but let's try to fix.

As discovered by @james-perfectserve in #68 this issue can be addressed by fixing
NeedsMoreText().
