Remove optional tags
Keep styles in stylesheets
Also, remove OpenData slack from list (it's an organization slack, with invite-only membership, iiuc)

The optional tags can be removed from here. Then they are applied to every build
The CSS change actually adds an additional request, but I guess that doesn't matter
Yeah, I guess we should remove OpenData
